In 2002 ca. 27.000 second homes were sold to foreigners in France. The average amount paid comes to ca. € 150.000. The top segment, houses from € 500.000 are in demand by buyers from Russia, Lithuania, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the Emirates.
